A student who is late by 15 Minutes for the classes / tests will not be allowed to enter the classroom.
The parents can meet the director for any enquiry about their ward’s progress or any other problem concerning their ward with the prior appointment only.
If any student/parent deposits a lump sum amount of fee, the institute can accept the fee in lump sum also. The refund policy of such students will be applicable on full fee amount with service tax.
Each student will be issued an identity card. The entry in to the classes/tests/institute will be only through identity card, If the identity card of a student is lost/misplaced, a duplicate I-Card can be obtained from the institute against payment of Rs. 50/-. If any student is found misusing the I-Card, he/she will be rusticated from the institute.
If the bag provided to the student is lost/misplaced, a new bag can be obtained from the institute against the payment of Rs. 100/-.
If the study material provided to the student is lost/misplaced, a duplicate sheet of the book(s) can be obtained from the institute against the payment of Rs. 100/- per book.
If at any point of time, the Central Govt. further increase or decrease Service Tax, The difference of amount of service tax will be born by the students from the date of enforcement of the act by the Govt.
In case if any type of mishap occurs in the premises of the Eklavya Academy institute because of situations beyond control or any natural calamity of any type, the institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the institute, his/her ward can be rusticated from the institute and no claim of refund of such student will be entertained. The decision of the Director will be final and binding on the student and parent/guardian.
If any student remains absent for more than 15days continuously without any prior information he/she will not be allowed to appear in the classes/ tests. He/She may be deemed to expel from the institute. No separate information will be sent to the parents. No fee or part of fee paid/encashed will be refunded in such cases. The decision of Director in this regard will be final and binding on the student and parents.
The student himself has to ensure his/her basic eligibility for the target competitive examinations before applying the admission at Eklavya Academy Kota, can’t be held responsible for any such mistake, on part of the student.
Eklavya Academy reserves all rights of its course material. It can not be copied or sold without permission of Eklavya Academy under any condition. Any one found indulging in such activities will be sole responsible for its consequences what so ever.
A student is not allowed to carry mobile phone/I-pod in the classroom. If one carries in the classes, then it should be switched off. The institute is not responsible for any loss/theft in the Institute.
All disputes/legal matters shall be entitled under Kota Rajasthan Jurisdiction only.
Refund application will be accepted on prescribed Form with dully signed by the parents / guardian upto 7 days from the commencement of the course and no refund will be made after that, what so ever reasons may be.
No Amount will be refunded to Regular or Distance Learning Programmes such as Test Series/ Study Material/Short Term Course/Crash Course.
Refund application should be submitted alongwith original fee receipt, I-Card, Study Material and Bag etc.
Refund request made through Phone/email/fax or verbally shall not be entertained.
Refund amount will be made through account payee cheque in the favour of Father/Mother’s name and it will be sent by the courier/registered post.
Refund Amount will be made after deducting the (15% + Service Tax) from the full fee amount.
The decision of Director of Eklavya Academy shall be final in all conditions.
